Great place to come to. Safe and secure parking. Love the rooms, the staff is super friendly, and it is located just 5 minutes from Dr. Dolphin, dolphin assisted neurostimulation therapy.
Rooms are really nice, swimming pool, bar as well. Food is good here, but we had a troubles with breakfast, they have to be ready at 7 and when we came at 7:15, mostly you could not take anything because it wasn't ready.

Absolutely beautiful scenery and rooms at this hotel! The employees are very nice and the food was delicious. We stayed here almost a week and weren't ready to leave. We will definitely revisit this place down the road!
Super clean and comfortable place. Nice beds, huge rooms, great A/C and bathrooms . Affordable restaurant on site with good food and decent sized menu. Very nice staff. Large pool area and playground. Overall a great experience at a great price. If you are looking for something a bit upscale this place is easily worth the cost.
Unbelievable. Best hotel i have ever stayed at in Guanajuato State. Believe me when I say this is a hidden gem, very quiet except for the occasional morning plane landing nearby. Night desk staff was very helpful and showed how much she loves her job and how much she appreciates her bosses. Daytime desk staff upon checkout (Natalia) was not exactly rude but she could not break away from her phone call to answer questions I had. The priority is always the guest who is standing in front of you. The bed is extremely comfortable. New Egyptian-thread sheets. The shower is spacious, water is hot. The floors are tile, meaning there is no odor of dirty carpet. Because, there is no carpet. The refrigerator is large and works very well. The security is fantastic. You must be let on to the property by the guards. The door to the small patio does lock. The employees are quite helpful, especially Ramiro, who accompanied me to my room upon arrival, so that he could verify that everything was in working order. The sala de autos contains numerous beautiful classic cars which I believe belong to the owner. I am only guessing. I have owns 36 classic and sports cars in my life (and 6 motorcycles) so this room of classic cars particularly interested me. I never used the pool, but it looks very well kept. It is heated, I believe. And it was being used by guests there, as I was leaving. There is a gym, as well. Didn't use... but it is nice. The restaurant, will be for my next visit. Looking forward to it. I will get photos on my next visit.
This place is GORGEOUS. The pool is nice and large, but anyone can come in. The drinks are delicious. My only real complaint is how uncomfortable the beds are.
